GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
OF ASAI Aurum GmbH
1 Private buyers residing in Switzerland require a Swiss weapons acquisition license to purchase weapons that require a license. These are issued by the municipality of residence, the district office or another cantonal authority, depending on cantonal usage.
2 Weapons that require a license purchased from foreign buyers will only be delivered to your local gunsmith or arms dealer by post or air freight and after receipt of the necessary domestic and foreign licenses.
For buyers domiciled abroad, direct delivery in Switzerland of weapons that require a license is not possible. The delivery of these goods abroad takes place after receipt of the export license, exclusively by post or air freight to your gunsmith or arms dealer.
3 Swiss arms dealers who can prove that they have a cantonal arms dealer patent will be given goods after the invoice has been paid. Dealers domiciled abroad are responsible for compliance with the regulations on the acquisition and possession of weapons and war material in their home country.
4 The sales prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF; excluding 7.7% VAT). We reserve the right to change prices.
5 An order is placed online by the buyer on the Internet after the necessary permits have been clarified and is generally binding. ASAI Aurum GmbH accepts the order, sends back an order confirmation and an invoice with details of the account details by email. As soon as the amount is booked on the bank account, the order is triggered. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed by email.
6 The customer has the option of purchasing the goods via the online shop
To be paid by invoice or by prior agreement upon collection in cash.
7 Because every copy ordered is made individually, the delivery time is approx. 6-8 weeks.
8 The articles can be exchanged if they arrive defective at the customer. Wrong deliveries or items with manufacturing defects will also be exchanged. Otherwise there is no right of exchange.
9 Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become void, the rest of the conditions shall remain in effect.
10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction: substantive Swiss law applies. The application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of ASAI Aurum GmbH in Zurich.
